Waiting for Someday...
yesterday I had my yearly physical, Not just pelvic exam... the whole 9 yards from head to toe. It was nice having that time to discuss everything with my Dr. she is so awesome. I have some tenderness in the boob area and she found a lumpy thing... said it's probably nada, I have no real concerns, But better safe than sorry, she is sending me for a mammogram...joy of joys, Anyone out there how bad is it really...? Also fun times searching for my tipped cervix... ( this Dr. had never examined my ladyparts, I had the same gyn since I started getting exams and she finally retired ) I talked with the nutritionist about changes in my diet, My cholesterol was a little elevated, The Dr. asked me if I snored and I was reminded to tell her about how Ryan has told me I have stopped breathing while asleep... She said she's gonna see if the tribe's hospitalization will cover a sleep clinic eval for me... kinda cool... I hate waking up exhausted...Nothing serious to report overall though... besides the few things I mentioned I am healthy in spite of my weight... Although after talking with the nutritionist I was inspired to really make a concentrated effort to change my eating habits and exercise habits... Mainly my portion size and exercising those are my big problem areas. I am a lazy ass, Although I am reactivating my family membership here The facility is conveinient being only a couple of miles from the house. and my goal is to go a couple times a week at least, either in the mornings and/or evenings. The kids daycare is in the same building so I could always take them swimming with me and then drop them off and head off straight in to work...I may start walking in the mornings too, short distances to start until I get into the groove again... just small changes and I am doing it for more energy not so much to lose weight ( although I could stand to lose a ton ) I am not concerned with being skinny ( I know I will never be even close to skinny ) I just want to be healthy... Hopefully I can get into a routine and stick with it.
