How terribly WRONG is it that I had chips and Guacamole for breakfast I ask...? Seriously though every so often you have to have that non-breakfast food for breakfast... I mean how else do you think they came up with "the breakfast Burrito"...? Speaking of which how good would that be with my guac..??? MMMM
Ok as you can probably guess from the above paragraph I am PMSing... =)
So ya wanna know what I am dealing with...? The daycare called me Monday and said that they suspected Evelyn and Spencer had Lice eggs in their hair... Lovely eh...? So just as a basic measure Ryan and I take them to the walk-in clinic... Oh indeed they did have those. Not to worry the doc says... don't freak out... treat the kids with the rx and strip their beds and bag their plush toys up for a few days... Joyus... I have never dealt with this ... squicky to say the least... And eventhough I have had Ryan go through my hair extensively with no signs, I still am unconsciously scratching... ewwww bugs... Thank goodness we caught it in the EARLY stages, just eggs... if I saw one of those creepy crawlies I would have really lost it...
Ryan is off today and tonight we have a babysitter and are going to an "adult" party... our first experience...since the kibosh was put on the last one... hoping to have a good time...mingle... meet a few people. Maybe possibly if the mood really strikes us... If nothing else a night out and a few cocktails with Ryan...
There is a Rodeo going on in the community where I live this weekend... I don't plan on going although who knows Ryan is working and my mom and dad have tix already...Might be fun...that is if it's not to hot... my tender gothic skin can't take it since I have been on antibiotic therapy for my HS... Oh how I hate the hot weather.
Busy day ahead of me today... monthly taxes to pay, Payroll to make, a ton of Accounts Payable... Busy, busy... hopefully it makes the day fly by. UPDATE : We decided to for-go attending the party... Ryan suggested a night out with just the two of us... Window shopping, hanging out and talking... stopping for dessert and coffee or a drink at the bar... or both... I think he is feeling romantic... Sometimes I just ADORE that man...!!!
