Waiting for Someday...

>>> Yes I am writing a fucking novel...Ya got a problem with that...?

Been on myspace lately...? I've been adding a few old friends here and there, But really I haven't gotten bit by the huge bug that everyone else has... Diaryland is more my groove, I have found a lot of great friends here. It's nice to have a place to call home. Although it has taken me 5 yrs. to get where I am so I guess you could say I have paid my dues to the diary fairy.

I went through all of my jewelry tonight getting it all set for the craft show and damn I have about 100 pr of earrings and a bunch of bracelets and necklaces made too. I talked with my friend Tina today and found out about another craft show the end of next month being held at a church, Nothing huge and it is only for a couple of hours and not the whole day, so I called and got an application today. I am sure I won't sell out of everything this weekend ( although if I did I wouldn't complain !) But I can take whatever doesn't sell and bring it up to the other show.

Talked to my brother today and it seems like we will be going back to work around the 10th of April... not much more "vacation" time left... I am kinda looking forward o it though in a way, the changes that have occured with my brother taking over the business have given me more freedom to work the way I want to and not feel so pressured... I think my work will actually improve now too. And it doesn't hurt that Patrick and I are in such good sync when we work together, make for an enjoyable working environment.

I need to get the kids set up for daycare... Evie is so excited to go back and be able to interact with kids on a daily basis again... Although she'll be changing to a new daycare this yr. I don't forsee any problems, both of the kids are pretty easy going and go with the flow. It will take a little adjustment in meeting the caregivers and seeing all new faces, but I think she'll settle in fine. Her other daycare was pretty large and while it was a great place for her to be, I think the new place will be better for her in the stage she is in now, it's a smaller setting and all of the kids are lumped in together, whereas the old daycare they had groups of the same aged kids. I think it will be good to get her socialized with the older kids and used to being around them if she will be going to school this fall and riding the bus and what-not... We live in a pretty rough area and eventhough Spencer will be there to look after her, she is gonna have to know how to stand her ground... ( I don't see that being a problem )

Spencer brough his report card home today, In his grade they give out #'s rather than letters ... his grades were all 4's ( 4's = A's ) and his behavior and participation etc. were all Outstanding. I have hope for this kid yet...! Seriously though it is nice to see your child do so well. I am really proud of him !!!

I need my haircut so bad, but I don't want to go somewhere and have someone just hack the shit out of it ... It is getting pretty long - bra strap length in back, and my bangs are about an inch below my chin. I have really fine hair and it seems to take forever to grow...
