This is actually a pretty decent survey. It asks questions that haven't been asked a thousand times over. It asks questions that aren't obviously from a kid's point of view (in the last month, ever been caught sneakin out?). --Were you a planned baby?:Yes my mom and dad were trying for a girl
--Were you the first?: No last
--Were your parents married when you were born?: yes
--What is your birthdate? Oct.15,1972

Part 2: The Family
--How would you describe your family?: functionally, dysfunctional
--Are your parents married? yes in Nov it will be 45 yrs.
--Siblings or an only child?: two older brothers
--What are your siblings names?: Patrick and Todd
--Which parent do you get along with best?: My mom... My dad and I have a love/hate thing happening.
--What do you fight about?: What don't we...?
--Do you have step parents?: No but I have inlaws

Part 3: The Friends
--Do you have more than one best friend?: yes - Ryan and Lee
--What do you like to do when you are together? A whole hell lot of nothing
--Do you share the same interests?: Same but not
--Which friend can you tell anything to?: Lee

Part 4: Your Personality
--How high/low is your self esteem?: getting better every day...
--Do u get depressed about things easily?: i worry about everything and obsess to the point of making myself depressed ... although I have been taking Celexa since November and it helps.
--Are you an extrovert or an introvert?: extrovert
--Are you happy?: for the most part
--Do you live life to the fullest?: I can do better than I have been doing

Part 5: Appearance
--Are you comfortable with the way you look?: Sometimes... I like all the different parts but not the WHOLE package ( if that makes sense..? )
--Would u change anything about ur apperance if you could? I would just like to be healthy - healthy skin mostly.
--Do you have any piercings besides your ears?: nope
--Describe your hair? long, brownish-auburn and very boring right now
--What make-up do you wear?:nothing to everything depending on my mood

--Were you a strange child?:I believe I was
--What did you use to love that you no longer do? Play dress up to impress boys...
--Do you have the same friends? many are the same, I have friends that are from all times in my life... and am making more all of the time...
--Was there anything in your past that was traumatizing?: yes a few things

Part 7: The Future
--What is your dream?: To be content with my life.
--Are you scared of growing old? yes, but at the same time i am excited... After i hit the 30 mark I found out that I am moving into another age bracket and things shift...It's a fun ride.
--Do you want to get married?: I did once, And I would like to renew our vows someday

Part 8: The Outdoors
--Do you prefer indoors or outdoors? Indoors mostly, with the exception of summer nights outdoors
--What is your favorite season: Autumn
--Favorite weather?: Crisp and cool - Sweater and sandals with socks weather
--Do you like walking in the rain?: if its warm out

--Are you a vegetarian?: Sadly no...
--What is your favorite food? I have too many to list
--What food makes u wanna gag?: Brussel sprouts, Real fish ( I am ok with processed fish sticks and I like seafood )
--What is your favorite restaurant?: Depends I like different ones for different meals... Breakfast it would definately be - IHOP ( we don't have one here ! ) Lunch or snacks midtown bakery & cafe or Border grill and dinner would have to be Rainforest cafe or Olive garden ( we don't have either of them here either )

--Have you ever thought you were going to die? Last Fall when I went to the ER and they thought I had a Pulmonary embolism.
